我公司是融科研开发、生产销售、技术服务于一体的国家计算机重点生产企业，也是多种经济体制并存的集团性公司。公司位于天津市高新技术产业园区，占地9.9万平方米。拥有全资、控股、参股企业20余家。现有员工2800余人，其中技术人员占
11％。已连续11年荣获全国电子信息百强企业称号，连续五年位列中国企业信息化500强。
2007年我公司座落的计算机工业小区被市命名为都市信息产业园区。依托园区的区位优势及良好的发展环境，依靠雄厚的经济技术实力，相继与日本精工爱普生、美国IBM、日本NEC和加拿大敏迪等国际知名公司共同组建合资、合作企业，形成了外向型的发展群体，促进了双方互利共赢。同时，公司不断壮大自身实力，通过直接经营、控股、参股等多种形式形成了国有、三资及股份制等多种经营机制并存的集团化发展格局。
我公司以发展核心专长为方向，建成了一个专业从事电子产品加工制造的产业基地，已累计投资一亿余元，形成了拥有13条全自动表面贴装生产线、5条全自动插装生产线，5条手工插装生产线和完整的入厂检验及测试设备。先后获得ISO9001国际质量体系认证，ISO14001环境体系认证，以及ISO/TS16949汽车质量体系认证。为摩托罗拉、三星、LG、阿尔卑斯等跨国公司加工制造。与日本电装、韩国丰星电子合作，生产制造汽车仪表控制电路板，为国际名牌汽车配套服务。
我公司致力于发展具有自主知识产权和自主品牌的核心技术与产品。近年来，通过开发引进前沿技术，推出了税控收款机具、生物特征识别系统、RFID电子标签、节能产品及工业控制机等一批市场前景广阔的自主产品。公司还开发了高速内存数据库、会议管理系统、商务智能系统等一批应用软件产品，完成了一大批系统集成项目。通过项目咨询、技术支持、方案设计、整体规划、软件开发、产品提供、工程实施等多种渠道拓展市场。
我公司拥有较强的市场渠道体系，从事系统集成、网络服务、代理销售为核心的三家控股子公司成为开拓市场的主力军。
近年来，我公司快速发展，2008年完成销售收入157838万元，实现利润7118万元，出口创汇20459万美元。

The message of the president
TCC is not only one of the improtant computer
production enterprises in China and it is engaged in scientific research development
production selling, and technical service.but also is a group corporation with the
diversified economic system. The company is located in Tianjin New Technology Industry
Park and it covers 99000 m2 .There are more than 2800 staff now, 11% of which are
technical staff. TCC has won the title of Top-100 Electronics Enterprises in China
for eleven years and ranked Top-500 Chinese Enterprises Informationization for five
years.
The Computer Industry Zone in which the company
is located has been named as the City's Information Industry Park in 2007. Supported
by the park's location advantages and good development environment, and depending
on strong economic and technological strength, we joined ventures with the will-known
internationa enterprises ,such as IBM,Seiko Epson and Mitel one after another. Formation
of an emport-oriented development group has been made in order to promote mutually
beneficial and win-win results. At the same time, the company grew in its strength
through direct management, holding, taking part in the equity joint venture and
other forms. It formed the group development pattern of a variety of operating mechanism
which is a state-owned, foreign-invested and joint-stock co-existence.
With the direction of developing core expertise,
we built up a professional electronic products manufacturing industrial base and
have invested 100 million yuan. We have 13 automatic SMT production lines, 5 automatic
and 5 manual plug-in mounting production lines, complete plant inspection and testing
equipments. Its production management obains ISO 9001 and QS 9000 international
quality system certification , ISO 14001 environmental management system certification
and ISO/TS 16949 automotive certification scheme. We manufacture for Motorola, Samsung,
LG, ALPS and other multinational companies. We manufacture automotive instrument
control circuit board with Denso, TPE for the international brand-name vehicles
supporting services.
The enterprise is committed to the development
with independent intelectual property rights, and the core technology and products
of independent brands. In recent years, by introducing front technology, the Technology
Center puts out the independent products such as fiscal cash register, biometric
identification system, RFID electrical label, energy-saving products and industrial
control machine which have a bright market future. Meanwhile, High-Speed Memory
Database, Conference Management System, Business Intelligence System and other application
software products have been successfully developed. The large number of system integration
projects have been completed. The market has been expanded through the project consulting,
technical support, design, overall planning, software development, products, project
implementation and other multiple channels.
My company has a strong market system. Three holding
subsidiaries which engage in system integration, network services, sales agent become
the main force to explore the market. In recent years, the enterprise grows with
rapid development. Our company completed sales revenue of 1.57838 billion yuan with
a profit of 71.18 million yuan. The foreign exchange for export was 204.59 million
U.S. dollars in 2008.
We are implementing the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan"
and study out "Twelfth Five-Year Plan ". We put forward the goal for being one of
the backbone enterprises in Tianjin as well as in the National Electronic Information
Industry by stronger manufacturing industry, improving services, promoting investment
in structure.
